Please inform us immediately and within a week after delivery if item is not working as it should or defective. We offer 1 for 1 replacement for verified DOA or defective items. However, the merchandise has to be returned to us so we can return the same to the manufacturer. Refunds are subject to approval by our suppliers. Return shipping charges including tracking and insurance are borne by customer.
In event the replacement item is not readily available, we will offer either a different color or model or another item of your choice from our store up to 120% of the original item value or store credit up to up to 120% of the original item value or a refund.
We try our best to ship all orders out within 3 business days of verified receipt. All orders can be tracked. Tracking is free.
Once shipped, for orders shipped from USA, most orders take anywhere from 4 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 5 weeks for economy shipping and 1 and 3 weeks for express shipping.
The default shipping mode is Economy Shipping but when possible and for items above US$20, we will ship via Express Mail. Regardless, if we can, we will sure ship by fastest way possible and we absorb the added cost. So if you do happen to get your items within 2 weeks, that is your surprise from us -:)
